About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing & sending out quotations via mail, following up with customers, and sending out payment reminders via e-mails & calls.
2. Passing necessary bank entries, making proforma invoices & sale invoices, and recording purchase files through accounting software.
3. Working on timely maintenance of stock book & placing purchase orders to our principals.
4. Working on dispatch coordination & post-dispatch follow-up.
5. Pitching our scope of products to prospective customers & sending out introductory emails.
