Back Office Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure product listings are accurate and consistent across all online e-commerce platforms
2. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with teams to maintain inventory levels
3. Track and follow up on client orders and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
4. Update office records and assist with administrative tasks
5. Coordinate with departments to support operations
6. Support inventory management on Zoho, assist with stock audits, and handle shipment duties (domestic/international)
7. Assist in processing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and bills
8. Assist the management with our e-commerce website and 3rd party e-commerce stores (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, etc)

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years in managing online sales channels, marketplaces, or B2B order processing
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of computer operating systems
3. Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
4. Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication
5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and support business operations
6. Availability: Must be willing to join immediately

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of export/import procedures
2. Previous experience in an export firm

1. Location: Udaipur (Onsite)
2. Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:10 PM (Sundays Off)
3. Salary package: 15k to 18k PM
