Job Overview
Akasa Finance Limited is seeking a Junior Back Office professional for a full-time position located in Siliguri and Assam(ready to relocate in siliugri). The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This role is critical in supporting administrative tasks and ensuring smooth business operations within our dynamic team.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience of 1-3 years in a back office or similar administrative role.
Competence in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling company data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to manage and organize files effectively.
Solid record-keeping skills to maintain databases and filing systems.
Understanding of basic accounting principles to support financial operations.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and reporting.
Must possess administrative tasks, customer service, and attention to detail (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information entered into company databases.
Maintain and update company records and systems to ensure current information availability.
Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks and document management.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing.
Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries for management review.
Handle customer inquiries and provide service with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and customer documentation.
Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skill sets.
