Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Back Office Operations professional to join our Mumbai team. As a full-time position, you will support our back-office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience working in back-office roles.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in data entry to ensure accurate and efficient input of business-related information across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and streamline client interactions and data effectively (Mandatory skill).
Experience with document management systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving company documents (Mandatory skill).
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for preparing and managing office tasks.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to aid in the integration and management of business processes.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify challenges and propose effective solutions within back-office operations.
Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing and completing tasks with precision and accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for various departments.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the back-office functions.
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate and improve internal communications and workflow management.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and maintain supply levels.
Support the sales and customer service team by managing documentation and providing required information.
Prepare and reconcile reports and records as needed, supporting financial and operational planning.
Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive company information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
