1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Other requirements

Knowledge of data structures/algorithms is a must and understanding of design trade-offs

Knowledge of object-oriented concepts is a plus

Knowledge of at least one backend programming language (Golang, JavaScript is a plus)

Hands-on experience with databases. (SQL is a plus)

Proactive and eager to work on new challenges and find solutions to different application development problems

Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude towards risks

Strong logical reasoning skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 40,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 9%

3. Other incentives: 1%
