Backend Developer Job

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for our fintech platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement scalable and high-performance backend services using languages such as Python, C++, and Golang.
Manage and optimize databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development, fintech, and cloud computing.
Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software products.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on fintech applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Golang.
Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or payment processing.
Certification in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Certified Professional).
