Backend Developer Job

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in Python and Django to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in
computer science concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for
crafting robust backend solutions. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible
for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems to support
our applications.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop backend services and APIs using Python and Django
framework
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and
coding standards
4. Optimize application performance and scalability by identifying and
addressing bottlenecks
5. Implement security measures to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities
6. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding
standards
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or end-users, and provide
timely resolutions
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development
and propose improvements to existing systems
9. Document design decisions, APIs, and technical specifications
