Backend Operations Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. After-sales management:
- Address customer queries and feedback related to backend operations.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups, including sending thank-you emails and conducting satisfaction surveys.

2. Data management:
- Maintain and regularly update operational data for easy access and accurate reporting.

3. Report generation:
- Create sales, customer satisfaction, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.

4. Feedback management:
Collect and track customer and internal feedback to drive continuous improvement.

5. Office management:
Ensure office resources and supplies are up-to-date and properly tracked for smooth workflow.

6. Expense management:
Monitor office expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

7. Inventory and vendor management:
Oversee office inventory, vendor relationships, and legal matters to maintain operational efficiency.
