Join our dynamic team as a Bakery and Pastry DCDP, a mid-level position offering exciting opportunities for creative culinary professionals. This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of experience, located across prominent cities including Kottayam, Cochin, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, and Thrissur. Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in advanced baking techniques, crucial for producing high-quality bakery products (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in pastry making to meet diverse customer preferences and maintain product standards (Mandatory skill).
Sound ingredient knowledge to accurately adjust recipes and maintain consistency in outputs (Mandatory skill).
Creative ability to develop new and innovative dessert recipes that enhance our menu selections.
Experience in menu development, contributing to a dynamic and appealing collection of bakery and pastry options.
Capability to ensure equipment quality, maximizing efficiency and safety within the kitchen space.
Adept at maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced setting.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead daily operations in the bakery and pastry section, ensuring high-quality product output.
Assist in the development and implementation of new dessert menus, reflecting current trends.
Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in optimal working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the kitchen and storage facilities.
Provide culinary guidance and mentorship to junior staff and new team members.
Collaborate with the head chef and other relevant departments to align operational goals.
Evaluate and put into practice innovative techniques to continually improve processes.
