Banquet Sale Co-Ordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interpersonal and communication skills
2. Consult with the head chef to discuss the timing of the meal courses being served
3. Oversee the seating of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and the quick clearing of tables
4. Prepare work schedules, complete documentation on time, training, and supervising catering staff
5. Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary
6. Extensive knowledge and experience with catering equipment and venue requirements
7. Preparation of forecast and actual budget function sheets.
8. Maintain records for inventory, labour cost, food cost etc.
