Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Barista with a background in hotel management for a mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires skills in customer service, coffee making, and menu knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills
Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and engage with customers in a professional manner.
Coffee Making (Mandatory skill): Proficient in brewing techniques and preparing various coffee beverages consistently.
Menu Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Cash Handling: Experience in conducting transactions, managing POS systems, and ensuring accuracy in financial exchanges.
Food Safety: Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food preparation and handling environments.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to maintain quality and presentation standards in products served.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee beverages consistently following standard recipes and procedures to maintain quality.
