Key responsibilities include focusing on key research and development aspects of the core technology including the development of battery designs for various applications such as mobility and stationary storage, detailed systems simulations such as thermals, vibrations, CAE, etc., prototyping, testing, and deployment.
An ideal candidate would have:
1. Bachelor degree in any one: chemical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or similar
2. Experience with mathematical modeling of batteries or experimental work in the field of batteries
3. Experience in the design, development and testing of battery systems
4. Excellent written and verbal English and interpersonal skills
5. Dedication and commitment to results in a dynamic and fast-developing environment
6. The ability to collaborate across disciplines, departments, both internal and external, and across geographies, with strong team skills
7. Passion for batteries, sharing know-how with others, and listening to others
