Behavioural Therapist-1 Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
2. Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
3. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
4. Assist with parent and caregiver training per the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client's progress
5. Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients. Maintain client confidentiality.
6. Assist Lead Behavioral technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing client materials as instructed.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
8. Collaborate with the treatment team including clients, parents, caregivers, and outside professionals Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.

Knowledge/skills/abilities:

1. Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
2. Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with basic computer/MS Office skills.
4. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, and co-workers.
