Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to effectively promote and sell our ePharmacy products to customers.
2. Manage a portfolio of sales leads and effectively track and follow up on leads using Salesforce CRM system.
3. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Actively participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge of our products.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth.
6. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
