Salary upto 35k +PF
Minimum Experience: 2-4yrs
Immediate Joiner max. 15days
interviews only f2f
Age limit under 28yrs.
Male/Female both are ok
Only work from office
Saturdays are half days and the 3rd Saturday off in a month.

Job description
Role & responsibilities :
1) Responsible for B2B & B2C Invoicing/ Sales Entry
2) Responsible for generation of E- way bills whenever required.
3) Verification or generation of sale order, purchase order.
4) Responsible for generation of e- invoicing from ERP System
5) Responsible for preparation of Delivery Notes/ Receipt Notes
6) Basic Knowledge of Branch Accounting
7) Reconciliation of Revenue from Various online Platforms.
8) Basic knowledge of Core Accounting entries like sales/ Purchase/ Bank Entry/ Journal Voucher.
9) Assisting in Preparation of Basic MIS Reporting including AR reports

Preferred candidate profile:
Must be from any product based company preferably from consumer durables, logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce background like Amazon, tata cliq etc.
Must be regular B.Com with not less 65% marks throughout
Must be good in writing emails
Knowledge of tally and navision software
Good analytical skills
Basic Knowledge of Excel formulas (V- Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot).
