BIM Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Produce high-quality structural BIM 3D models for a wide range of projects
2. Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software
3. Draw detailed plans for foundations, buildings and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
4. Perform site visits weekly to monitor/troubleshoot BIM for site execution
5. Read construction documents and build MEP 3D BIM model using them
6. Create and maintain details and Revit families
7. Understand the sequencing of construction projects as well as MEP, architectural and structural engineering disciplines
8. Produce engineered 2D drawings with AutoCAD MEP/Revit
9. Identify interferences with the architectural structure and other MEP elements
10. Generate deliverables from the model which include clash reports, tagging, dimensioning and generating fabrication spools and tickets
11. Enforce modeling protocol and standards

Requirements:

1. BTech in civil/mechanical engineering
2. Fresher in BIM, preferably Revit structural
3. In-depth knowledge of MEP BIM
4. Experience in preparing shop/fabrication/coordination drawings
5. Proficient in AutoCAD
6. Working knowledge of building structural systems
7. Experience in drafting, modeling and detailing in multiple structural systems including wood, steel and concrete (preferred)
8. Able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge
9. Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization
10. Ability to work under deadline pressure
11. Excellent communication skills (to communicate with team members)
