Designation: Client Relationship Executive.

Responsibilities:
Building a relationship with the client,
New Client onboarding.
Handling both the clients, new as well as the old
Handling the load and financial aspects of the client.
Comfortable in doing outbound calls to the clients.
Experience with the US process will be preferable.

Experience: 1 year of experience in US customer service or client handling.
Location: Thane West.
Working days: 5 days ( Sat & Sun fixed off)
Shift Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM (Fixed Night shift)
