About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build new clients for the organization and build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company
2. Recruit and manage the direct sales force in the branch increasing the productivity level and the overall efficiency of the sales team
3. Focus on in-person presentations as they provide our clients with an opportunity to learn about IndiaMART and the value addition IndiaMART can bring to their respective businesses
4. Complete P&L responsibility for a branch comprising 20-30 people
5. Plan, execute, and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in new client acquisition in line with the laid-down processes
6. Identify the opportunities and problem areas, prepare the action plan for achieving the key sales figures, and present the branch sales reports
7. Drive and ensure sales target achievement, management of the sales support function, and timely work completion of customers
8. Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for the formulation of policy and strategy
9. Drive sales promotion schemes

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

1. Graduate in any discipline with an MBA/PGDM

2. Expertise in branch management, b2b sales, branch handling, P&L management, P&L operations, P&L analysis, and direct sales

3. Ability to self-start, handle, and inspire a diverse team

4. Customer-oriented attitude

5. Focus and a result-oriented approach

6. Experience in team handling, preferably of 20+ people
