The branch manager must be capable of managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the revenue of each location. They must also oversee the performance of other employees who work in their branches. He/ she must also direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizing, marketing activities and events for the branch.
2. Addressing student s issues and taking corrective and subsequent preventive actions.
3. Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives.
4. Conducting business development activities based on the latest trends in the business.
5. Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and
ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
6. Developing and implementing sales plans.
7. Briefing the Echo team on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
8. Accountability for inventory and stock.
