We prefer candidates who have graduated from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) or a similar reputable fashion institute, coupled with relevant industry experience of 3 years. Join us in revolutionizing our brand's aesthetics and making a lasting impact in the industry.
Key responsibilities:
1. Trend research and competitive analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research on trends; benchmark competition brands
2. Coordination with product development: Coordinate with product and product development teams to understand costing/commercial viability of the merchandise
3. Creation: Create digital presentations in the form of interactive PDFs to be presented to customers for presentations
4. Visual aesthetics mastery: Demonstrate good command over visual aesthetics & ability to adapt to different brand design languages
5. Creativity: Utilize creative thinking with attention to detail
6. Theme development: Research, and develop themes and mood boards
7. Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to get design briefs and check product feasibility during the design process
8. Oversight: Oversee the team's work with the product and sourcing to guarantee that the sampling is of high quality and that it complies with the deadlines and deliverables
9. Iterative improvement: Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on feedback and market trends, ensuring maximum visual impact and functionality
