As a Content and Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives across social media, Influencer Marketing, Content, and Community. What you will do:Devising and executing killer marketing strategies in line with the companys brand visionLeading and inspiring a talented marketing team, managing at least 3+ individuals to greatnessShaping the companys social media presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging vibe across platformsForging and maintaining relationships with influencers, conjuring impactful campaigns for wider brand reachDriving the creation of jaw-dropping, on-brand content across channels, from websites to blogsCultivating a lively community around the brand, enhancing engagement and loyaltyAnalyzing campaign performance, using data insights to optimize strategies for maximum brand impactWhat you need to have:Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field4+ years as a Brand Manager (or similar) in D2C or marketing agenciesProven track record of leading and managing teamsJedi-level understanding of social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and community engagementExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrategic thinker with a flair for creativityStrong interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset, turning data into marketing goldKnowledge of industry trends
