We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to drive brand growth, market positioning, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and market share in the decorative surfaces industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and product positioning within the interior design and architectural segments.
Key responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility and establish a strong market presence.
2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including digital, print, and experiential marketing, to promote product lines.
3. Product Launches: Lead the marketing efforts for new product introductions, ensuring effective positioning and communication.
4. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
5. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns, content creation, and social media engagement to enhance brand presence.
6. Trade Shows & Events: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase our products.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure brand alignment and cohesive messaging.
8. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
9. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling across all channels.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the interior design, architectural, building materials, or related industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of decorative surface materials, interior design trends, and architectural product marketing.
