Brand Partnership Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
2. Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
4. Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products or services
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client requirements
6. Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
7. Track and report on sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
9. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials to support business development efforts

Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
5. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
