About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Perform market analysis and research on the competition
2. Work on market research for business in various locations
3. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
4. Work on managing branding for FlexiLoans
5. Work closely with the founder and marketing team, alongside the branding agency to manage the branding campaigns and activities
6. Work on driving marketing initiatives through integrated campaigns by coordinating with multiple stakeholders
7. Work on measuring the impact of the initiatives to drive charter
8. Work on coordinating with channel owners like media (social, digital & traditional) & CRM to drive both brand & business objectives
9. Gather consumer insights and competition insights from time to time manner to define and iterate the brand proposition/strategy
10. Achieve a high brand saliency through marketing communications and media planning
11. Optimize budgets across media and marketing channels to achieve the best customer acquisition cost
12. Work with business communities to drive branding with local awareness campaigns
