Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Account Manager daily to review the client list and schedule meetings
2. Attend client meetings with the Account Manager to comprehend client requirements and project scope
3. Translate client needs into comprehensive proposals and project execution plans
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with the Content Management Team regarding client briefs
5. Conduct client walkthroughs for proposals, discussing aligned Content Management Team strategies and project timelines
6. Coordinate closely with the content team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
7. Align project processes with client expectations and ensure the team delivers accordingly
8. Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain the company's reputation
9. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and address their needs
10. Record all activities in the web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
11. Present detailed weekly reports on ongoing accounts to the Account Manager
12. Stay updated on new technologies and digital marketing trends to contribute to the company's competitive edge
13. Participate in weekly team sessions to discuss project strategies and share innovative ideas
14. Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage client accounts and pipeline


Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
0-2 years of experience in digital strategies and marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and various levels of management, both internally and externally
