Key responsibilities:
1. Gather fundamental or critical information from meeting with various stakeholders
2. Consult the internal and external stakeholders to understand the business objective and create a solution approach
3. According to the business requirement, design high & low-level Process flow
4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as BRD, FRD, SOW, Wireframes, etc.
5. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
6. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects within the timeline, and scope of work (SOW)
7. Create analytics reports and a dashboard for better visualization
8. Prepare user training manual/presentation
9. Research discover and harness new ideas that can make a difference
