Business Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the customer requirements including business workflow and functional and technical specifications
2. Organise and analyze requirements in detail and document them
3. After understanding the detailed requirements, assign the task to the developer team and prepare estimates for the development and delivery time
4. Test the functionality of the software
5. Work on bug-free delivery
6. Inspire the team members to innovate and be on-time delivery

Requirements:

1. 6 months - 1 year of experience as a business analyst/team lead/process associate preferably in mobile application development and web app technologies
2. Good written and verbal English communication skills
3. Knowledge of requirements analysis, impact analysis, and user interface design techniques
4. Proven track records as a business analyst dealing with all aspects of success in the IT sector preferably mobile application and web app development
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and willingness to assist the cross-functional team throughout the project development
6. Must have knowledge of mobile app and web development
7. MBA in operation, MIS, administration, and relevant
