We are hiring a Business Analyst for our own captive unit based at Noida Sector. We require a candidate with the ability of Multitasking and a dynamic personality who can serve the organization in the long run.
Key responsibilities:-
1. Coordinate between onshore & offshore teams
2. Engage in handling calls of enterprises & different business units (Internal & External)
3. You are expected to be a self-starter in organizing meetings/calls with the respective cross-functional teams or stakeholders to ensure that the implementation project is not affected in terms of time and scope beyond thresholds
4. You must have strong communication skills & presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders and peers
5. Strong analytical skills with a solution-orientated approach
6. You will help in project planning and estimation, creating timelines for the tasks, and ensuring timely closure of the assigned tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidates having a minimum of 6 months of international calling experience in a reputed organization (preferable)
Freshers with a track record of 60% in academics with exceptional communication skills can apply
Comfortable with US shifts
Good computer skills and Tech savvy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to strike up a conversation and can work independently and in a team environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,50,000 /year
