Key Responsibilities
Discovery and documentation of processes as-is and to-be
Creating and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality of products.
Creating data quality rules and ensuring verification
Developing and maintaining test automation scripts for different types of applications.
Analyzing business requirements and providing feedback and recommendations.
Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
Tracking project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
Overseeing the SCRUM and Agile process, including acting as a Scrum Master when necessary.
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all projects. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.
Excellent knowledge of different software testing practices and techniques specifically as it relates to data migration
Experience in test automation and API automation.
Experience in Agile and SCRUM software development processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
