8. Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure products meet business needs through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ongoing feedback.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the FinTech, asset management, or financial services industry.
3. Knowledge and experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Wealth Management, or other financial products would be preferred.
4. Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory frameworks.
5. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL is an added advantage.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
7. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar tools to manage workflows and track project progress.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
10. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma is a plus.
