Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Find potential clients
2. Send proposals
3. Bid on projects
4. Conduct cold email outreach
5. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
6. Create wireframes, data models, storyboards, and PRDs
7. Utilize project management tools like Trello, Confluence, Jira, Asana, etc.
8. Develop training materials and build understanding for new product releases (product evangelist role)
9. Collaborate with the product owner to create and maintain product release plans
10. Communicate project status (timeline, risks, delays, progress) to key stakeholders
11. Define the scope of the product release in collaboration with the executive team
12. Facilitate communication across teams by working with the product owner and scrum masters
13. Regularly review the technical quality of work completed to ensure it meets release standards (both technical and product perspectives)

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field
2. Proven ability to learn technical concepts quickly
3. Strong desire for a Product and Software Project Management career
4. Strong technical background with the ability to learn and apply new topics quickly
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to act as a liaison between customer and development teams
7. Experience in an Agile, technical environment
8. Solution-oriented with a willingness to tackle problems directly
9. Passion for problem-solving
