Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Can organize and analyze the requirement in detail, based on it can create scope of work/RFP/functional document/business process/specification documents.
2. Experience in creating screen wire-frames, user flow and user stories with any online free/paid tools such as Balsamiq, Gliffy, Moqups, Word or any other tool.
3. Ability to estimate the no of hours (delivery time) required to complete the project and can estimate overall cost of the project with the help of the team.
4. Can assist the sales team with technical feedback and help them create business proposals, scope of work, maintenance scope etc.
5. Will be involved in preparing project plans, breaking down projects into milestones and allocating tasks to the team members and tracking the status.
6. Work closely with clients and co-ordinate between development, design and QA team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the end product.
7. Delivery at time is very critical hence must be able to convince team members to accommodate the working schedule in order to meet the agreed timelines.
8. Quality is utmost, so may require to do thorough testing when there is no tester allocated to the project.
9. Must have working knowledge of CMS such as word-press, open-cart, magneto and real exposure to different web applications back-end etc
10. Must be technical enough to do the research on their own for blocking issues and make sure projects are delivered on time.
11. Involve in multiple projects from pre-sales stage up-to delivery.
