Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct a thorough analysis of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor key performance indicators and track business performance.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across various business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and prioritize initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into IT solutions.
Support the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies, and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
