As a Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will collaborate closely with the marketing head and sales team to promote our business and execute key marketing campaigns. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurgaon, involves developing and implementing business strategies, generating leads, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and nurturing client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on firms, analyze their current digital marketing activities, and foster relationships to recommend improvements
2. Identify new business opportunities, generate revenue, improve profitability, and explore new markets
3. Seek out potential clients, propose suitable services, and contribute to company growth
4. Independently pitch and demonstrate our services, foster fruitful customer relationships, and acquire new clients
5. Cultivate long-term business relationships with client leaders and decision-makers
6. Achieve team targets for new sales, renewals, database participation, and client work
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
2. Experience in lead generation, market research, and customer service
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
4. Digital marketing industry experience is advantageous
5. Result-oriented business development efforts
Required Experience:
1. Minimum one year of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising
2. Proficiency in developing campaigns and promotions in CorelDRAW
3. Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, both independently and as a team member
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
5. Strong adherence to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
6. Familiarity with relevant markets and trends
