As a BD sales associate, you will be responsible for developing business and revenue growth by understanding goals for the business and developing strategies to meet them. Your main objective will be to procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, networking, and collaboration with the marketing department. You will have to familiarize yourself with the product and services offered by the company, understand and explore the market, and conduct competitor analysis to suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Creating and maintaining a list/database of potential clients
2. Developing quotes, proposals & contracts for prospective clients to draw in more revenue
3. Travelling to client locations to meet and pitch the product
4. Understanding client needs and offering our products/services accordingly
5. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices
6. Following up post meetings and driving closures
7. Working with the client through the closing process
Requirements:
1. Qualification: UG/PG
2. Experience: 0-1 years
3. Must have a 2-wheeler & willing to travel to meet the client (Travel allowance will be paid)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication
5. A self-starter with interpersonal & presentation skills
6. Prior experience in B2B sales will be an addon
