As a business development associate at SkillVertex, you will be joining a dynamic group of sales professionals working to strengthen our client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses and use your expertise in sales and English proficiency (written) to develop and maintain customer relationships and engage in new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize sales acumen to identify potential customer opportunities
2. Develop customer relationships and gain customer insights
3. Understand & analyze customer requirements and objectives
4. Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers
5. Prepare documentation for customer interactions and keep accurate records
6. Develop proposals for client accounts and help identify and manage strategic accounts
7. Utilize strong written communication skills to draft emails, business proposals, and other materials
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
