About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Convert pre-generated leads into paying counseling leads with active participation in the counseling of students
2. Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
3. Ensure proper documentation with students as per business processes and guidelines of international universities
4. Maintain and update CRM of quali ed leads for effective coordination and conversion
5. Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as country, course, universities, program selection, and career planning
6. Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies overseas
7. Ensure admission and visa procedures, along with accommodation and traveling, did within the deadlines


1. Customer-centric approach
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language
3. Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during phone conversations
4. Should be result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
5. Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and others from diverse social backgrounds
6. Should have the ability to understand the international business market
7. Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
8. Fast learner and passion for sales and target-oriented
9. Must be dynamic, ambitious, and honest
10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
11. Must have a sound judgment

Salary during probation: 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3.6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 3 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.6 LPA
