Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided).
2. Convert the leads via outbound calls
3. Explain the services and convert the provided leads into sales.
4. Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospects
5. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)
6. Work on presentations
7. Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
8. Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
9. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to managers
10. Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
11. Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
