Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Completing 2 hours (120 minutes) of call time daily
2. Interacting with existing leads to understand their requirement and engage in upselling
3. Closing the potential leads through the leads given by the company
4. Constantly meeting revenue targets, so that you can take larger incentives
5. Maintaining a proper database on the CRM and submitting reports on a weekly basis

Who can apply:

1. Preferred candidates who have worked in leadership roles in college fests and college organizations, and with previous internship experiences
2. Should have a minimum of 0.5-1 yrs of experience preferably in the ed-tech industry
3. Good understanding of CRM software preferably LeadSquared
4. Must have good communication skills
5. Must speak to potential leads daily so, should be a natural speaker
6. Enjoys speaking with new people
7. Should admire the quote patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting
