The sales representative at PlanetSpark will be responsible for assisting and guiding the right offer/course to the consumers and getting them to purchase the right learning course.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding the offerings for the students and guiding them throughout the process to choose the right option for them
2. Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids
3. Following up intensely with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
4. Communicating diligently and priming the lead through channels like email, and calls
5. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of call information in electronic and digital format
6. Achieving the monthly targets while completing all the input metrics targets
Requirements:
1. Experience of 0-1 year required
2. Minimum graduation qualification (from 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)
3. Excellent communication skills
Note:
1. The shift is day shift/night shift (optional)
2. The salary during the training period is INR 21428 plus incentives
3. The salary range (CTC) is up to 4 lakhs
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
