About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact the incoming leads (students who are moving abroad for higher studies and looking for assistance) from our digital marketing efforts
2. Collaborate with student housing property managers across the UK, the USA, and Australia to help students in a seamless accommodation booking process
3. Facilitate and consult students in finding and booking their accommodation
4. Help students find suitable accommodation from our massive list of student housing partners
5. Address all the queries posed by the students throughout the decision-making journey
