About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Working on advisory-based sales across India and abroad using tele-calling
2. Prospecting the clients out of those who have shown interest in our products through our website and social media ads
3. Explaining the benefits of long-term investment
4. Working on wealth creation through a disciplined approach to investment
5. Working on continuous training and knowledge up gradation to improvise client interaction
6. Coordinating with the research team to understand the research reports of all recommended shares
7. Meeting number and revenue targets on a monthly basis
8. Working to interact with potential customers for the most part of his/her day for selling the company's product/offerings


2. At least 6 months-4 Years working within a sales environment preferably in a BFSI/finance sector
3. Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language
4. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written & Excellent telephone skills
5. A high degree of accuracy
6. NISM certification preferred (valid mandatory)
7. Certificates as per regulatory requirement/s
8. The job also requires good selling and persuading skills and a thorough understanding of the company's offerings
9. Good communication skills are a must
10. He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets

Salary during probation: 15,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%
