Key responsibilities:

1. Generating new business to meet the sales target as per individual & overall organizational revenue target
2. Ensuring horizontal growth of the business through existing clients and maintaining a good relationship with them to achieve the organizational revenue targets
3. Resolving customer's issues and making issue resolution reports
4. Preparing weekly/monthly sales forecast reports & ensure targets are met
5. Conveying company values propositions
6. Working on product positioning, there will be different positioning statements for different products
7. Preparing probable market segments and identifying target segments accordingly
8. Knowing your company, customers, context, and our competitors
9. Working on timely payment recovery
