About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Own and manage all online properties and initiatives, including the website and social media
2. Plan the introduction of new products and releases and oversee the plan's cross-functional execution
3. Build a solid prospect base by doing your homework before engaging in lead-generation activities
4. Participate in engineering teams' design, testing, and product-release efforts
5. Prioritize challenges, issues, and opportunities over the long and short terms based on business needs to drive product priorities with product line management.
6. Create user stories and business requirements, then move on to creating and defining product specifications
7. Plan and carry out marketing campaigns for demand generation and brand building using a variety of marketing channels, including social media, conferences, digital marketing, search engine marketing, and content marketing
8. Achieve the greatest impact, and select the best delivery methods for each piece of content

Requirements:

1. Must have proven ability to implement GTM strategies
2. Quick to pick up new technologies, self-directed, operate with discipline, focus, and urgency
3. Must be able to lead initiatives through implementation and exhibit strategic thinking and thought leadership
4. A proven track record of success with cross-functional project design and execution
5. Good written and spoken English proficiency, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Strong writing abilities and the capacity to convey ideas clearly
7. Familiar with lead generation campaigns on Google and Facebook
8. Experience in handling marketing activities for recruitment firms
9. Experience in carrying out marketing activities for firms handling contractual resource supply and manpower management
10. (B2B) Good experience in product marketing (IT & software product based)
11. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must
12. Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented
13. Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding
14. Should have knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting
15. Should have knowledge/experience in social media marketing
16. Proficient in relationship building
