Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage & Convert: Reach out to businesses via calls, emails, and follow-ups to present our digital marketing services.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored marketing solutions that drive results.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research and strategic outreach.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools.
5. Achieve & Exceed Targets: Meet monthly sales goals and earn lucrative commissions.
6. Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring:

1. Proven sales experience (Telesales, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales preferred).
2. Excellent communication & persuasion skills you know how to turn conversations into conversions.
3. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media) is a plus but we'll train you!
4. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
