About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking
2. Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively present them to prospects
4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support
5. CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system
6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance
