1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. A general understanding of how to get from trajectory to deliverable
4. Comfortable using and learning a wide range of LiDAR, Imagery, Photogrammetry, REVIT-BIM, AutoCAD and GIS software
5. Strong technical knowledge to understand client needs, translate into a clear scope of work, and understanding of Focus GSPL workflow and deliverables
6. Ability to work well with a team and independently
7. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
8. 1+ years of business analyst experience and geospatial sales and marketing can be an advantage.
9. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or geospatial related degree
10. Demonstrated experience in developing new and recurring geospatial data products and services business
11. Prior experience as a key growth influencer/driver in high-growth professional geospatial solutions
12. A strategic thinker with a keen ability to make recommendations to move the business forward
13. Outstanding communication skills, presence, and energy
14. Must be comfortable with geospatial software applications with the ability to present high-level product solutions
15. Compelling presentation skills
