About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market research and analysis:
a. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate developers for partnership opportunities.
b. Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to create effective partnership strategies.

2. Partnership development:
a. Identify, approach, and engage with real estate developers to establish partnerships.
b. Present MMK's home loan services, benefits, and advantages to potential partners.
c. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the benefits of partnering with MMK.
d. Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success.

3. Relationship management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing real estate developer partners.
b. Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and collaboration opportunities.
c. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth operations of partnership activities.

4. Strategic planning:
a. Develop and implement strategies to meet partnership acquisition targets and revenue goals.
b. Work closely with management to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.

5. Marketing and promotions:
a. Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
b. Coordinate events, workshops, and seminars aimed at educating potential homebuyers about MMK's home loan services.

6. Market intelligence:
a. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate and home loan sectors.
b. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt partnership strategies to market changes.

7. Sales and revenue generation:
a. Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and referrals through real estate developer partnerships.
b. Leverage knowledge of the real estate market and financial products to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

8. Reporting and analysis:
a. Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, communications, and performance metrics.
b. Generate reports outlining partnership progress, KPIs, and areas for improvement.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.

3. Solid understanding of the real estate market and home loan products/services.

4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans effectively.

6. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software tools.

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

8. Willingness to travel for meetings, presentations, and industry events.
