Job Purpose: Visit the school and discuss with the respective authorities about the services, plans, and benefits which are given by our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contributes Information, ideas, and research.
2. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective schools, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing Schools, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Set marketing schedule and coordinate with Schools.
5. Develop Sale Strategies and approach for various Schools.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, and flyers, to support sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
7. Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with business objectives.
8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
9. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
10. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements following company policies and guidelines.
11. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
12. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Location - Sunkadakatte, Bangalore
Working days: Monday to Saturday (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, drive, and resilience in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
