We're looking for a 'Business Development Manager' with experience in selling B2B products/services in the US/UK/Australian market. This candidate should generate new business as well as manage the existing accounts for RIRM. Experience in selling SEO/digital marketing services will be an added advantage.
Someone who's a passionate sales professional with an excellent track record of employing consultative selling.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify - Potential clients through sourcing on the Internet, LinkedIn, email & cold calls. Should have experience in prospecting through cold outreach.
2. Connect - Generate a constant flow of highly targeted and qualified leads. Also, manage the inbound leads.
3. Engage - Initiate a steady stream of relevant, live prospect conversations.
4. Convert - Setup appointments and communicate the value proposition to onboard the client.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
· Have 2 -4 years of experience in B2B business development with an excellent performance history.
· Experienced in prospecting new clients through cold outreach.
· Be passionate about SEO/digital marketing.
· Feel comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Be excited about providing original opportunities to both Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.
· Possess excellent communication skills.
· Dig simplicity and appreciate how hard it is to achieve it.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 7,00,000 /year
